Karmela was a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable front desk manager. Very sweet and helpful! She represented the company very well! The night clerk sat in a chair off to the side of the front desk on his phone. But did greet us pleasantly. Room was cozy and tidy. I did find toenail clippings in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Otherwise the bar fridge was cold and very clean. Microwave spotless too. Overall a plesant and comfortable stay.
