We couldn't have asked for more accommodating service. My husband has some mobility issues and we were given an upgraded room on a lower floor at no additional charge. The room was classically furnished with a modern bath and a fabulous rain shower. The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It was challenging to find nearby parking on Saturday market day as the abutting street is closed to traffic, but the staff gave detailed info on the options. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel at the very center of beautiful Sarlat. The room was beautiful and the staff members and service was great. We had a really great time and we would love to visit again. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Impossible d'arriver en voiture devant l'hôtel. Il faut porter les valises: 70 m à l'arrivée et 200 m au départ. Le SPA de la baignoire dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas du tout. Aucune sécurité incendie . S'il y avait eu un incendie, nous aurons grillé sur place. Cet hôtel ne peut avoir l'attribution 4 étoiles et doit être déclassé!
