Description:
Discreet entrance leading to the living room, with a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
Large open space with high ceilings including living room, dining room and kitchen, very spacious and pleasant to live with its two large bay windows overlooking the terraces with breathtaking sea view and full West exposure!
Open and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, and adjoining laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge).
From the living room, a staircase leads to a shower room with WC and then 2 bedrooms: the first with window, dressing room and double bed. The second under the roof and lit by a Velux window with 2 single beds and storage cabinets. It is possible to add a 3rd bed or a cot.
Outside, garden furniture, gas barbecue, but also solarium area with a lighted spa for 6 people. You can even practice counter-current swimming while admiring the coast! Possibility to eat outside protected from the sun by the large electric blind.
Air conditioning / heating in each room, TV via box and Wifi included.

Séjour Inoubliable dans cette maison tout confort
Difficile de résumé cette semaine incroyable dans la maison de famille de Sébastien tellement on a passé de bons moments. La maison est très bien située, la plage de Canella est parfaite, eau cristalline et kids friendly, le restau Dolce Vita sur la plage succulent ! Il y a tout a proximité (boulangerie, Spar, poissonnerie, marché du lundi), piscines naturelles de Cavu, Bavella etc. Le Spa est un vrai plus et la VUE on en parle pas, c'est priceless de se réveiller avec la mer ! Notre petit de 1,5 ans a adoré joué dans la chambre des enfants ou se trouvent tout plein de trésors. La cuisine et salle de séjour sont très agréable si il y a un peu de vent le soir, BBQ à la plancha, etc. Bref, des vraies vacances comme on les aime dans une maison ou on se sent chez soi :)

Good, With Minor Improvements Could be Much Better
Two improvements would make a great difference: first, meet the guest at an easily found location and escort him from there to the house. The house is VERY difficult to find. Second, invest in a queen size or larger bed. A week in a double bed goes from cuddly to crowded. The house has a magnificent view and is well equipped. Natalie, one of the managers, was very helpful, especially in setting up the unfamiliar electric rental car for charging.

A wonderful escape
We had a lovely, very memorable stay. The view was incredible, even better than the photos, and having the ocean to look out over enhanced every moment. The host was very communicative, and did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed, and in general the house was a great location from which to explore the island. For anyone flying in from Ajaccio, the 2.5 hour drive through the mountains is stunning. Our flight arrived after dark, and we didn't see the incredible scenery until our dive back. Simple fixtures and finishes, but spacious layout

Die Villa ist ein Traum, sehr gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet, von Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirrauswahl bis hin zur Plancha auf der Terrasse. Der Ausblick aus den großen Fenstern und Glastüren sowie von den Terrassen ist unbeschreiblich schön. Überall im Garten kann man sitzen oder auf einer Liege Platz nehmen. Die Übergabe war äußerst freundlich, und die Umgebung mit Stränden und diversen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ideal. Alles zusammen - perfekt

Il y a 2 points positif; Le premier est la gentillesse de Nathalie sa réactivité et est très pro, le deuxième c'est la vue qui est comme annoncée dans l'annonce. Pour le reste le propriétaire a oublié de parler du bruit des voitures "j'avais l'impression d'être au bord du périph parisien même mi septembre" le spa n'est pas un spa c'est une petite piscine qui fait des bulles mais chauffée à 28° "un spa la température est de 36° à 38° le propriétaire m'explique que les locataires du mois d'aôut trouve trop chaud je pense qu'ils devraient louer une propriété avec piscine et pas spa il est à signaler que le "spa" les lumière ne fonctionne plus, quand au wifi que de problème il n'est pas illimité, le propriétaire me dit que la tablette de ma femme doit être piratée car le débit est de 100go tous les 3 jours sauf que après une réaugmentation de 100go le problème est resté alors que la tablette n'était plus utilisée. Pour les salles de bain il y a une douche qui est si petite qu'il est impossible de se laver, il faut donc aller dans la baignoire mais il n'y a pas de support de pomme de douche au mur.Il est à signaler aussi les odeurs d'égout dans le 2 salles bain.Il y a des fuites aux 2 lanterneaux quand il y a de fortes pluie.Néanmoins le propriétaire ma proposé gentiment un dédommagement ou une délocalisation,il restait 5 jours de vacances pour moi c'était fini j'ai refusé l'argent car cela n'aurait rien changé j'ai joué et j'ai perdu.Je ne retournerais pas dans cette villa.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est agréable, spacieuse, bien agencée avec une superbe vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Le propriétaire est réactif (petit souci avec le jacuzzi vite résolu). La plage de Canella est magnifique et n'est qu'à 2 minutes en voiture es réactif

Great stay in Solenzara
We spent a great week with our two kids in July 2024 in Sebastien's house. The sea view is fantastic and Cannella beach is near and beautiful. We also had a hike in river Fiumicelli, which is only a 20 minutes drive away. We really recommend the tour. Sebastien, thank you for having us in your house. Maison avec vue mer magnifique malgré le bruit de la route T10. Très bon accueil. Emplacement ideal pour se déplacer et pour visiter la Corse.Nous avons passés une bonne semaine. Maison totalement équipée pour s y rendre avec de jeunes enfants. Seul bémols: des odeurs de remontée d'égouts dans les 2 salles de bains, des toiles d araignées dans certains endroits ( banc niveau de la table de cuisine par exemple) la maison meriterait un peu de modernisation 😉.

Schöner Blick auf grüner Terrasse mit Pool
Wir waren von der Terrasse, dem Grill, dem sehr gut nutzbaren Pool, der Beschattung (2 Markisen, 4 Sonnen-Schirme, so dass zu jeder Tageszeit für Schatten gesorgt werden konnte) sehr angetan. Das Haus ist sehr umfassend ausgestattet (Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Gefrier-/Kühlschrank, neuer Backofen, Spielzeug für Kids, Bücher & Co.). Wir waren nur zu zweit, so dass es für uns mit den Schlafzimmern o.k. war. Wer aber plant beispielsweise mit mehreren Erwachsenen und Kindern zu kommen sollte bedenken, dass die Schlafzimmer wirklich sehr klein sind (Bettbreite geschätzt 1,40 Meter, max. 1,90 lang). Das Kinderzimmer ist mit einem Stockbett ausgestattet. Nur eines der drei Schlafzimmer hat einen Schrank. Die Kinderzimmer-Situation ist aufgrund der steilen und engen Treppe (ohne Geländer) für ganz kleine Kids schwierig. Das Haus hat einen großen Küchen/Essplatz - Wohnraum. Das untere Bad roch immer etwas "feucht", was auch daran liegen könnte, dass beide Bäder kein direktes Fenster haben zum Lüften. Wenn man sich etwas arrangiert und nicht zu "kleinkariert" ist, auf jeden Fall ein schönes Domizil (wir haben auch wenig Vergleich, was es sonst auf Korsika gibt - es war unser erster Aufenthalt). Zusammenfassend können wir das Haus (mit den o.g. Abstrichen) weiter empfehlen.

Très belle maison, superbe vue
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et agréable pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille (spa,équipement extérieur et plancha: top). Geräuimiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus. Schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick, unweit eines Sandstrandes in einer herrlichen Bucht (Plage de Canella, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben die Ausflüge im Col de Bavella (Canyoning, Wanderungen) sehr genossen. In der Herstferienwoche war es angenehm ruhig.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Zeit dort. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ein Sandstrand 15 Minuten zu Fuß und an dem Panorama konnten wir uns nicht sattsehen.

Maison agréable et idéalement située quant à la vue imprenable sur la méditerranée coté Est de la région, , plusieurs plages très jolies, accessibles et assez proche de la location, Comme évoqué à notre arrivée sur place, nous confirmons un flux de véhicules régulier et bruyant sur la T10 qui casse le calme environnent.. Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist einfach fantastisch. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt an nichts fehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief auch einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Korsika, Insel der Motorradfahrer
Mit 4 Personen haben wir 2023 eine Motorradtour nach Korsika unternommen und in dem Haus von Sebastian gewohnt. Es liegt toll über dem Meer und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick mit Postkartenblick. Die Bilder im Angebot treffen die Wirklichkeit, nichts ist geschönt. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber durch die Gegenstromanlage gut nutzbar, alles funktionierte. Im Haus selbst mangelt es an nichts, es ist überkomplett ausgestattet und man findet sich sofort zurecht. Durch die vielen Schlafzimmer konnte jeder für sich schlafen. Alle Räume mit perfekt funktionierender Klimatisierung. Der Check-in war automatisiert und super einfach. Ein Mißverständnis beim Check-out wurde durch den Gastgeber, er spricht perfekt deutsch, persönlich geklärt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und planen tatsächlich eine erneute Reise genau dorthin.
