I book hotels through Expedia for work and stay in them 4 nights per week. Have done this for years. This is the ONLY hotel, including its sister property next door, that tries to get more money from me EVERY single time I’ve been there. They usually say I paid all but $5-20. Yeah, I’m sure Expedia is making me pay all but that much every time. Sometimes they proclaim that I haven’t paid at all when I had. And they never admit any fault and always insist I pay the extra! Never ever staying here again

Our group of six had to evacuate Anna Maria Island prior to the arrival of Hurricane Helene. We arrived at this hotel at 9 a.m. and Tim checked us in and gave us three rooms right away. We didn't know how long our stay would be, but that was no problem for the staff they permitted us to extend our stay one day at a time until we eventually checked out on the fourth day. All staff members at the desk were extremely helpful and nothing we asked was a problem. I have traveled extensively and I cannot remember a front desk that over the four days were more efficient and helpful. Thank you Ashleigh, Tim, Nancy and Stacey and to one other lady employee on the front desk on Friday morning whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Thank you for your help at such a difficult time.
