The rooms were clean although being an older property. We stayed in rm 133 the front door needs to be replaced and the refrigerator leaked on the floor. The bathroom was cleaned and so was the rest of the room so we would stay again. Good location.

We have now stayed at this property 3 times for travel baseball. It's location is convenient to stores, restaurants and of course the baseball fields. Yes, it is an older place but we are not looking for luxury. Just looking for a safe place for the night.

Needs some TLC
The room was adequate in size. The bed and bedding were amazing. The room appeared to have new flooring installed. The chest had two broken drawers. The bedside table top was damaged and peeling. The bathroom vanity was particle board and obviously had water damage on the bottom and was destroyed. The screen in the bathroom window was covered in dust. The wood trim around the doors were in great need of sanding and paint. The lamp shade had stains on it and needed replacing. Again the bed and bedding were AMAZING! The rest of the room needs some TLC.

Cheap place by the beach.
This was a great location. I liked how the entire middle of the property is a huge outdoor space with a pool. We did not use the pool it was really cold. Close to the beach and down town Venice. I had breakfast at the attached restaurant and the food was fresh and tasty : ) Our room 124 needs at least one new bed. It was almost comical how much it squeaked when my friend was trying to get settled for bed. Upgrades are needed but I would definitely stay here again.

The room appeared clean but when you got inside and looked around there were things that were easily wipped down that were not. General condition was poor. Lack of upkeep on the rooms. Towels were neatly folded and clean but were very cheep and small. Blow dryer did not work. There was an ironing board but no iron. We stayed for 2 night's and were surprised to see that someone came in on the 2nd day and changed towels and emptied trash. No one mentioned that they serviced the room. They left the curtains open and you could see into our room and our things. Mattresses need to be upgraded, both were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin.

Cute and cozy
Its an older property but everything worked and it was clean. Could use bed upgrade to something a bit softer but again it worked. I really enjoyed the enclosed pool, patio area. Parking is very tight. The cafe is really good too. They still use old school room keys.. I miss those.
