Great time
Property was well maintained. Updated with comfortable accommodations. Property manager was extremely responsive when we had issues with water temperature. Pool was great. Location was prime for walking to at St. Armand’s circle.

Wonderful home with in a perfect location
The Shore House was great for our 4 family vacation. It was clean, had plenty of beach towels and chairs. The pool was lovely. The best part of it was the location - a short walk to St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach. We had a fantastic time!!

We had a wonderful time in Lido Key! The property was beautiful and spacious for our families. The property manager’s communication was so helpful and they were always available via text or call. The sun misses the pool during the winter months, but because it was heated and we had the hot tub, it wasn’t a huge concern!

House was beautiful, spacious, clean, stocked very well in kitchen, beach towels, chairs, wagon! Everything you needed was there! Loved that we could walk everywhere and not have to fight traffic! Only thing I didn’t like was the huge mold area at the pool, where we spend most of our time. It was just an eye sore! I’d still rate 5 stars because everything else was exceptional!

Fantastic property for large family
This house has a great layout. 16 adults and 2 children easily stayed without feeling crowded. Plenty of spaces and balconies to get away and big public spaces to enjoy company. Nice pool. Located blocks from the very cute downtown.

Lido Key Vacations customer service unsatisfactory
House was fine, multiple levels and a bit dangerous steps to them. LKV customer service was not good. Not helpful when trying to assess if there was damage to the house from hurricane. The worst was a 1% tax added after the final payment was made. Personnel were rude in demanding that it was owned. No advance notice of it and lied about sending e-mails. Would not rent from them again. Should note that on the VRBO site as it was not clear until you paid. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Great property in a lovely neighborhood
The property is large, with several connecting bedrooms with private bathrooms and multi car garage. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s perfect for several families staying together. The neighborhood is fantastic. A short walk to restaurants, shop and the beach, and a short drive to downtown Sarasota.

The Shores had everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels ( we brought some beach towels and didn't even use them and we had 16 people) and bikes, and everything you need for cooking. First floor had washer and dryer and second floor had washer and dryer. Its a very nice house! Carol Birdsell

Wonderful place for family vacation
We just ended our stay at The Shore House for our large family vacation. The layout is spacious and private - and the home is beautifully appointed. The kids loved the pool and the close proximity to the Lido Beach Pavilion - and the adults loved the close proximity to St Armands Circle. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night. We’ll be back!

We loved the location of the house. It was 2 blocks from St Armand’s Circle and a short walk to Lido Beach. The house was spacious enough to give all guests their own private bedroom/bathroom. Would stay again!

Great House in a great Location.
The house was very spacious with 7 bedrooms several "hang out" areas including a game room. the pool was very nice and provided another "hang out" space. The kitchen was well equipped, but the appliances were a little difficult to use. We had trouble with the dishwasher and oven. The mattresses were not the best. My wife and I didn't like ours although the rest of the family didn't have any complaints. There were a lot of nice extras, like beach chairs, and bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. We loved the two sets of washer/dryers and all the towels. The kitchen is fantastic and is fully stocked. We really enjoyed cooking together and enjoying dinner together at the lovely dining table. There are plenty of bedrooms and seating for everyone. The things that were not my favorite: There are a lot of stairs and no elevator and a few strange steps inside that are easy to trip on. Also the swimming pool area does not get any sun at all,but it was a nice place to relax in the shade. We traveled in December and there were 8 of us. Overall 9/10 stars for me. Loved it.

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Easy walk to the beach and St Armand’s circle. Decorated beautifully. Perfect for our family visiting the area for a wedding. Plenty of space to spread out. Great amenities, plenty of tv’s and well stocked kitchen (except bikes). Linen service was great.
