1 Bedroom (real queen size bed), 1 Bath, Living Area with table and chairs, porcelain tile floor throughout, flat screen TV, comfy L-shaped couch (also a sleeper).
Closet, Kitchen area: sink, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, plates, glasses, pots, etc...Washer/Dryer, ironing board/iron.
Walk out through French Doors onto your private patio, surrounded by hibiscus, magnolia, bird of paradise, and foliage, relax on your lounge chairs, before heading out for the day to explore the beaches and parks of Sarasota

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
South Gulf Gate is a very popular residential neighborhood because it is close to everything: Siesta Key beaches, tennis, golf, shopping, and restaurants....you can walk or bike on the streets and in a nature reserve one block away. This area is a mix of retirees, young professionals, and growing families.
It is located 10 minutes drive from Siesta Key Beach (about 3 miles), 15 minutes drive from downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key, Longboat Key, and 20 minutes to SRQ Sarasota/Bradenton Airport.

This is a quiet home on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties are allowed.
PARKING POLICIES:
Kindly park NOT in the back of the car under the canopy, but on the stone driveway facing the front house window or on the street.
Small RV or car/truck with trailer must park on the street (free).
