Our visit to Sarasota for the holidays was made even more memorable thanks to Rich and Denise's wonderful hospitality. Their home was the perfect home away from home. From the thoughtful welcome treat that greeted us to the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the space. Communication was prompt and seamless, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Rich even texted us one morning when he noticed the lights were left on in our car. It’s clear Rich and Denise take pride in creating a warm and inviting experience for their guests. Rich and Denise are awesome and their property was perfect. From the cheese, crackers and sparkling grape juice upon arrival - - to helping me with printing something we needed - - they were great! Home away from home
This is our new favorite place to stay in Sarasota :) We've been regular visitors for 35 years and most often stayed at the beach but we love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need and is truly a home away from home. The hosts Rich and Denise are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Top marks for everything.

We love this place
We have stayed here multiple times. It has been excellent every time. The unit is actually much nicer than the pictures would indicate. It’s a quiet neighborhood and not by the beach or action, but it suits our needs perfectly. The pool is wonderful.

Best hosts I’ve ever had!!
Wish I could give a 10 star rating! Rich and Denise make you feel right at home from the start! Very easy checkin process and very clean apartment. Shower is fantastic and the layout is perfect for a family of 4. Bed is very comfortable. They have anything and everything you will need for beach vacation or just to stay. Gave us great advise on places to eat and visit why there as well. Very down to earth couple and fantastic hosts! Even gave me some aloe for my sunburn the first day there! Will definitely look to stay here again if I’m back down this way! Thanks for a fabulous week

Another Enjoyable Stay
This is our second time here. Apartment well stocked, great location and nice neighborhood with good parking. King bed is very comfortable. Hosts go the extra mile providing snacks and beverage upon arrival and quick to respond to needs. Power went out and Rich was right there with a flashlight.

Excellent apartment & great location, highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment. Felt like home in this lovely quiet neighborhood, which despite being quiet is in a great location close to everything you need. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the pool area and having a private pool all to ourselves. We loved the nice & welcoming touch of crackers, cheese and sparkling grape juice and pods for the coffee machine. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a large desk which is great for anyone needing to do a bit of work on the laptop while there, or just to use for storage. Plenty of books to read as well, no need to bring your own. The hosts Rich and Denise are lovely and helpful with anything you need. Highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Perfect for the weekend
My daughter and I were down for a tournament and this place was perfect. Centrally located for our games and not far from the water when time allowed. The place was immaculate and the hosts were extremely friendly. Communication was great and the check in and out were seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for our family!
We had a great stay! Everything was very clean & was a perfect spot for our family. It looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed during our Spring Break & it was close to our family & the beaches we visited. After spending the day at the beach, it was nice to come back to the quiet neighborhood & relax at the pool. Everything we needed was close by. Hosts were very welcoming & added so many nice touches. We enjoyed the crackers, cheese & sparkling grape juice. When they heard we were heading to Venice Beach & my daughter wanted to find shark teeth, they let us borrow their shovel/sifter. The beach chairs & extra towels were a bonus! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property! If we come back to the area we would definitely stay again!

Fabulous accommodations!
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for two months while we were waiting for our house to be built. The hosts (Denise & Rich) are more than accommodating. Well stocked kitchen with everything I needed to cook with and a beautiful and peaceful lanai & pool. The hosts certainly gave us our privacy, and were more than generous with the extras. Thank you so much. * Also- if you need a realtor, Denise an excellent one. She helped us find our dream retirement home. 😊

Convenient Gem!
This property is tucked into a centrally located area for the Sarasota area. It is amazing to find a quiet neighborhood just off the major thoroughfare and airport. There is plenty of space and it is rich with amenities, including a fantastic pool in a covered patio. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to book again if I return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay! They had a case of water in the fridge, cheese and crackers set out with a bottle of sparkling grape juice. In the bathroom they had soap and shampoo set out. So friendly and accommodating. Any questions we had were answered so quickly. Very mindful of privacy. All the pictures on line are spot on to how the property actually looks. We walked the neighborhood, very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property. We hope to come back again!

Loved this rental. The location was excellent, so close to the airport, the beach, stores and restaurants. The property was spotless and so very warm and inviting. Quiet, clean and excellent location!
We really enjoyed our stay! It was wonderful to be close to Nathan Benderson Park where our daughter was rowing for the weekend and we also enjoyed going to the beach in the afternoons. This place is very clean and comfortable and looks just like it does in the pictures. We really appreciated all the extras such as the welcome with cheese and crackers and drinks, providing coolers and beach chairs, and having a very well stocked kitchen complete with paper products to make packing lunches easy. It was very hot when we were there and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Upon arrival we met Rich in person and he was super friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return if we have the opportunity.
