The space
Private parking and garden at the property are larger than most in Sarajevo. In regards to security, the property has an extensive alarm system, is monitored with 24/7 CCTV cameras and motion sensors and entrance into property’s parking area is a remote-controlled gate. There is also a rustic orchard boasting fruit trees such as pears, apples, plums, cherry, quince and walnut (all of which can be harvested during the fruit season). There is a dedicated barbeque area within said orchard and with an exquisite view on Sarajevo town but with unparalleled privacy and serenity away from prying eyes. There is a water fountain and designated picnic area with natural stone table/benches within the garden with lush greenery. All areas have sufficient outdoor lighting while individual choices are respected with provision of Wi-Fi smart switches and possibility to control each light separately.
