Very good location. Walkable tourist spots/markets. Staff are accommodating. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is superb, and the kitchen lady gave us a traditional coffee, which is very good.

Friendly and well located
Enjoyable stay. All the staff are exceptionally helpful. Beds are comfortable but the rooms could do with general updating. Good breakfast and excellent location.

The day host Armin and night host Adisa were extremely professional and personable. They went out of their way to answer questions, give advice and help in any other way. The facilities were fine and the breakfast excellent. Parking is a challenge in this area but there are several private parking lots in the immediate vicinity. The Old Town Center is right nearby with all of its restaurants and shops -4 minute walk.

Friendly and a home from home
Staff were super friendly and couldn't have been nicer. Bed was big and clean, air conditioning worked like a dream and good choice of tasty food at breakfast. The staff in the dining area were very sweet, and kept giving me new things to try. Close enough to the old town to walk in a matter of minutes. Would fully recommend!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was sad to say goodbye to them when it was time for me to check out. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the staff cleaned regularly without going overboard. Breakfast was lovely (and especially the coffees made by the staff!). The bed was just fine, and noise carried between the rooms rather easily. Aside from that, though, I had a lovely stay.

Conveniently located just 2 blocks up the hill from the main drag (albeit a steep walk). Very friendly concierge service with free daily breakfast provided. I would stay here again.

We got upgrade to 2 bedroom #301. Because we’re the last one to check in. It was great. But on 3rd floor, we know there is no elevator. The room needs some TLC. I bet other room is nice. The breakfast was good, the stuff excellent. They do house keeping daily. We only stayed 2 nights, no need for house keeping. Great location, we took taxi from train station to hotel only 10 euro or 20km. I will still recommend this place.

Absolutely brilliant location. A steady 3 minute walk and you are in the centre of the Old Town. The property lacks a lift and the stairs are quite steep especially as my room was on the very top floor. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable . The staff are wonderful, breakfast was ample and great quality and I would definitely stay here again. A great find!
