Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Good location and nice staff
The location is great. Hotel is nice and clean but pretty old. Room is bigger than normal Japan standards.
It was great for the money and location was great. Staff were very nice
Hotel is in the older side but still well-kept and clean. I had booked a standard double room so it was pretty spacious and the bathroom was large compared to other hotels. It had a full countertop!
Very convenient location as it was about 10 min walk to Odori station and Odori park; walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower; about 20 min walk to Sapporo station.
The only unusual thing was there were no key cards but an actual large key that you had to return to the front desk every day as you were leaving the hotel and pick up again when you came back.
Would stay again based on location and overall comfort of the room.
The room was not too small and good size for 2 people along with our luggages. Very friendly staff and the room is nice and clean. My family’s favorite part of the hotel is the kimono sleep wear to use during our stay and it encourage us to buy our own to take home if we can find it lol. Highly recommend everyone to stay in here. The only cons about the place is the walk from the station, no taxi or Lyft that can accommodate you.
The room is very spacious and big. It has one of the biggest bed we've seen in Japan. Perhaps it was a huge bed meant for 3 but they gave us this room despite us booking a room for 2
The beddings are very comfortable too.
Staff was very polite and helpful.
Quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were very kind and helpful. It may be slightly dated, but overall we were very satisfied with the condition of the facility and our stay there. We would certainly come back and stay again.
This hotel has a great location and within walking distance to the Sapporo Snow festival Odori Park and the Susukino Venues, as well as to the Subway lines at Odori Station. Great Breakfast Buffet with nice variety of warm and fresh food breakfast items being constantly filled and great view of the city. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute walk in different directions. A nice covered cut-through covered walking street is just a block and a half down the main road and is the only place we found where the subway entrance has an escalator to street level in the direction of the hotel. The hotel is just off the main road and in winter is not cleared and sidewalks are pretty snow and ice-covered. A taxi dropped us off at the hotel, but they wouldn't pick up the morning we were leaving, even with the hotel calling so we walked to the end of the street, to the main road and hailed a taxi there. The room was a Hollywood Triple, Non Smoking with 3 twin beds, small but adequate and beds were comfortable and we were provided with extra pillows, towels, etc. The hotel had bath soaking packets of various scents and it was a great tub to soak in after many hours walking and being outside. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Sapporo!
Hotel was in a fabulous spot, easy to get to the ice festival, and food options. Room was small and we were a family of 3 adults ( my husband, daughter and I ). There was no room for our luggage , our beds literally next to each other like one big bed ( 3 singles ). Had to crawl into bed every night. Also extremely firm mattresses.
