Still has that new look, feel and smell. Construction ongoing for the shopping area in between the hotel and the train station but access is quick and easy. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed and well appointed baths. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling through the area for a quick stopover.

JR 新札幌駅のすぐ近くなので、ファイターズ応援時に利用します。（約1週間） ゴミ箱用の袋を毎日タオル等と一緒に入れておいていただけると良いかなと感じます。 朝食後にコーヒーを部屋へ持ち帰れるのがとても良い。

新しいホテル。部屋もきれい。受付のスタッフは対応がとても良い。 しかし、清掃に不備あり。ソファの髪の毛やベッドヘッドの裏(照明のところ)に前の人が使ったと思われる使用済みの爪楊枝と綿棒がそのままにされていた。 また朝食のスタッフが怠慢。子ども用の椅子も用意してくれず(出し戻しも自分でやった)、料理を取りたいのに自分の作業を優先して避けようともしない。 折角綺麗でアクセス抜群なのに少々勿体無いと感じました。
