The staff team is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very convenient, close to Sapporo Subway Station. Walkable to Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, TV Tower, Sapporo Government Building etc. Lots of choices for restaurants. Close to shopping. We made a trip to Hakodate for 2 days, the hotel held our big luggage for free. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was good, the room was clean and big enough. There wasn't a bathtub, but the shower was fine by me. The setup was not a single enclosed bathroom with sink and toilet, those were all separate from the each other and the shower. Location was strange. It's about 10-12 min walk south of the Sapporo JR Station. And there's nothing really around it. The entrance would have been hard to find if I had walked from east to west, it was odd how it was somewhat hidden. The hotel is a short walk from the Sapporo Subway (the blue line). It was the best price for the area at the time, but I might try other spots next time I visit Sapporo if they are closer to the station or to dining and grocery options.

Hotel at convenient location with great breakfast
The hotel is within walking distance to Sapporo Station and TV Tower. The overall cleanliness is great, air conditioning is working well, bed is comfortable except that the pillow is a-bit too hard and low. The breakfast is fantastic at the restaurant located at ground floor next to main entrance.
