My daughter and I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the quick walk from the Sapporo train station. The hotel library was a nice touch and we also enjoyed the breakfast. The best part was the helpful staff, even with our inability to speak Japanese; they helped us get a taxi and even walked us out to make sure we headed to the right destination. I definitely recommend it.

Room was great and clean. Everything is in good function. The only setback will be the customer service as they had difficulty conversing in English. I had a problem parking my car and they don't understand my problem at all and I had to park my car some distance away. Other than that, the hotel is near a lot of amenities and very convenient.

Very comfortable stay. Steps away from the station and good ramen shop. Bed very comfortable and they have a pillow station to pick the right softness/firmness of your liking. Overall great value and quality.

Great location, few minutes walk from Odori station, just beside the Odori park. Hotel lobby at level 4, most of the hotel in Hokkaido required key return when we are out and collect key from reception upon return, but this is not required by WBF Sapporo Odori hotel, we can go up to the hotel room straight. A very short walk to Hokkaido government building and TV tower!

ベッド２つと二段ベッド付きのファミリールームに家族4人で宿泊。札幌中心部で歩いて出かけられるベストポジションに加え、サウナ付き大浴場、フリードリンクスペースなど快適でした。 朝食も一つ一つ質が高く、コスパ的には非常に高いと思います。コロ菌の時期で客が少なく静かで過ごしやすい宿でした。
