Very quiet stay away from the city core. If you’re looking for nightlife or late night dining, it might be difficult to find spots. Overall, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location close to the centre and also to the main park which was perfect as we were there for the snow festival. The room was very small but designed in such a way that it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay.

the property is clean, the service is a bit creepy and poor. they tried to charge me again at check-in for my reservation despite the fact that I reserved through hotels.com and prepaid the rate. the location is convenient to the trolley that runs around town. the property is dark, and the rooms small and poorly lit. it probably hasn't been renovated since the 90's or early 2000's.

残念な点は、駐車場。①提携駐車場が遠い。専用駐車場は４台分のため、他は提携のタワーパーキングにご案内で、場所は車で３分・ホテルまで徒歩５分で少々遠いです。②ホテル前に停車スペースが無い。駐車場の確認・場所を聞くためにフロントへ行くには、ハザードつけて路上停車しなければならない。 良い点は、特別に評価できる点は無し。少々古さは感じるが、清掃の清潔感は感じられる普通のビジネスホテルでした。

連休最終日、一泊3000円台 立体駐車場1200円無料を抜いたら 実質2000円掛からず宿泊でき 施設も快適でした。 又、札幌行くときは使いたいですね 何か有難う御座いました。

たまたま小さいお子さん連れの家族の隣の部屋になってしまい、騒音で眠れなかったので、23時半過ぎまで我慢していたのですが、フロントに部屋の交換をお願いしました。他の部屋が空いていなかったので、スタッフの方から注意してもらい、ようやく眠る事が出来ました。スタッフの方の対応はとても満足でしたが、かなり音が漏れていたので、壁は薄いのかなと思いました。
