The AC vent was really really dirty and was full of dust and fungus. When I informed the staff they said “OKAY” and that’s it not even a sigh of concern. It is a health hazard.

Very comfortable and affordable option near Sapporo downtown. There's a Toyota rental in the location too - would have definitely taken advantage of that if I knew about it Would recommend!

It’d be great if the hotel can offer daily cleaning, refill of water bottles and tissue paper. It’s quite hard to cope especially when we have to stay for a few days with just 3 bottles of water and a box of tissue paper.

The service was great but the room itself wasn’t. It is ranked too highly on the hotels.com site and should be closer to a 6 out of 10. The water pressure was horrid in showers. We didn’t have towels our first night. There was a dirty towel in the room when we arrived. The heater started having issues. And the comforter didn’t cover my husband’s entire body. Too short.

Trip to see the snow festival.
Location is great, a few blocks walk to Susukino. The room is clean except for the bed is a bit soft. Over all our family is happy happy with this hotel.

The hotel staff are very professional and efficient. The room are a little bigger than normal for Japan however they are dated. The included breakfast with my reservation was just okay, won't take that option next time at this location. One plus is they have parking on site.

Loved that the hotel was right across the train station which had some shops and restaurants. Walkable to red warehouse which had many shops and eateries. Morning fish market right down the street. The room itself was very small but very clean. The breakfast was pretty good for its price which was free.
