The project has foreseen an important and careful reorganization with materials of the highest level and quality with the collaboration of local workers.

Haus Martina your holiday home!
De hame va dr Martina, by the will of its owner wants to be a point of reference for the typical hospitality of Sappada, the love for the mountain grown up as a child.
The apartment of about 70sqm. It has been completely renovated in fir in a rustic style and welcomes the guest with an entrance where the oak floor shows off, a stone wall with an uncertain work that contains a niche with decorative and functional elements such as mobile phone charging via USB. A mirror and an old sideboard with typical decorations by a craftsman from Cadore.
A large living area and kitchen, with a fireplace covered in burnished iron with an antique effect and treated with wax, a unique and special work thanks to the creativity of the local blacksmith.
In the living area a Chesterfield sofa upholstered in brown leather 3 seats, one of the furnishing licenses proposed by the interior designer. The kitchen with the black slate top, with the class A + appliances and the induction hob to prepare the many specialties from the dumplings to the soups, to the dishes based on game accompanied by tasty side dishes that excel the mushrooms, the mountain radicchio, the characteristic polenta.
All dishes to be enjoyed sitting in the shadow of the reconstructed Keisn and a distribution of lights to illuminate environments and objects.
A double bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds to rest in a unique environment.
The double bedroom then represents a surprise, a wall painting, another habit requested by the owner to dedicate this important intervention to the loved one, hence the name Martina.
The bathroom area has sanitary fittings, fittings with a pleasant design and intuitive functionalities, with a nice warm red-colored towel / towel heater.
Haus Martina has two terraces and one of a garage space.
Sappada (Plodn in the German dialect sappadino) is a typical mountain village nestled between the Dolomites of Veneto and Friuli, in the province of Udine, with the houses all covered with wood, heated by huge stoves and with small windows to defend against the frosts of the long winters.

Located at an altitude of 1250 meters s. L.M. and has just over 1000 inhabitants, which multiply in the summer and winter seasons. The surrounding environment is dolomitic, coniferous woods and meadows that are mowed in the summer for hay while in winter they whiten for the joy of skiers.
Haus Martina, is located in the hamlet Mühlbach, which is the other Sappada Vecchia, from which walking along the streets you can admire the old and typical houses (blockhaus) and Keisn, old grain dryers, stables and barns.
In Sappada, a linguistic island of Germanic origin, it is a variant of the Austrian dialect that has not changed over the centuries.
