Charming, quiet location and so friendly
We stayed in Mindelo during the carnaval, la Pousada Monte Cara is located 5 minutes by taxi from the center, in a quite location overlooking the sea. On arrival, Maria, the owner had prepared a chicken soup for our 4 year old daughter, thinking that she might be tired on arrival, we though it was extremely thoughtful and our impression did not change during our stay: all the hotel staff is kind, attentive and very professional, we felt very welcome and relax. We recommend this hotel for the personal touch and the peacefulness, great great place.
