Although the decor is a little outdated the hotel is clean, safe, quiet (the higher floors are quietest), very close to restaurants and shopping. I almost always stay there when in Sao Paulo.

Quarto amplo, localização ótima
O quarto é excelente, bem amplo, com sala e quarto separados (dá para fechar uma porta de correr entre eles). A sala contém uma minicozinha ótima, um sofá confortável, TV e até Alexa, que usamos pra ouvir música (mas vi que dava pra usar para outros comandos também). O banheiro tem uma bancada de pia muito boa para deixar nossos pertences, e o chuveiro é ótimo. O quarto é bem amplo, com um armário bonito e com aspecto de novo, vários cabides, mesas de cabeceira e uma mesinha de trabalho. Porém, o colchão das camas é MUITO duro e desconfortável. Na segunda noite, eu preferi dormir no sofá da sala, porque achei bem ruim dormir no colchão duro na primeira noite. Um ponto que me deixou bem descontente foi que eu reservei esse hotel principalmente porque o anúncio diz que ele oferece quadra de SQUASH. Porém, ao perguntar ao atendente como utilizá-la, ele disse que lá tem um professor que cobra pra dar aulas, e que os hóspedes não podem usar a quadra livremente (o atendente disse que ACHA que até poderiam, se levassem seu próprio equipamento). Eu esperava que o hotel oferecesse o equipamento para os hóspedes utilizarem a quadra livremente - como eu já fiz em um outro hotel de SP. A localização do hotel é excelente, perto da Av. Paulista e de vários restaurantes e mercado.
