Razoável.
O apartamento tem duas janelinhas do tipo basculante. Para ventilação, tem a porta, de madeira, em veneziana aberta, que não tem como fechar. Os apartamentos ao lado, também. Assim, toda conversa nos outros apartamentos vêem para o corredor e para dentro do apto, sem contar todo o barulho dos carros da rua. Na rua, em frente ao apto, tem vários pitdogs, em que as pessoas ficam bebendo e conversando, toda as conversas vêem para dentro do apto. até altas horas.

No anúncio tinha fotos de uma janela, acho que colocaram fotos de outro quarto, na pratica só havia basculhantes. O banheiro como li nas avaliações, ainda continua sem manutenção, quando você toma banho, a água invade o quarto. As roupas de cama pareciam usadas e as toalhas rasgadas, os copos estavam dentro da geladeira cheios de fungos, pedem que deixamos o quarto limpo como foi encontrado, mas não disponibilizam pano de chão e nem sabão em pó para lavar o banheiro. Reclamaram que estávamos fazendo barulho, sendo q só chegávamos para dormir e pela manhã saimos. Acho q alguém entrou no quarto quando não estávamos, a geladeira estava ligada com comida dentro e quando chegamos à noite, ela estava fora da tomada.

Lugar sujo, sai um cheiro horrível de esgoto do banheiroq exala o quarto todo,Toalha suja,cama dura. Tem ums pratos dentrobda geladeira q estavam td sujo. Mto barulho no hotel, no quartos msm apagando a luz fica uma janela de vidro virada pro corredor q deixa o quarto mto claro
