a localizacao é boa, comida boa, quartp bom. nao tinha mensageiro, tenho 69 anos e carreguei sozinho todas as malas ( sete malas)no carrinho do hotel, ate o decimo andar,(no elevador) nao achei ninguem para ajudar, inclusive na saida as 4 da manha] fiz o mesmo procedimento, nao usei o serviço de translado pelo mesmo motivo, nao tinha ninguem para ajudar. fui de taxi para o aeroporto. os outros itens, conforto, localização . comida, quarto, frigobar , serviço de quarto estavam todos ok

O hotel é bom. O quarto é amplo e agradável. Só o chuveiro me decepcionou! A água não esquentava. Tive que abrir somente a água quente, que saia morninha e com pouca força. Uma limpeza nos furinhos também ajudaria. Estava tão cansada de uma viagem longa que não tinha forças pra reclamar e trocar de quarto, mas tirando isso, achei uma boa opção para tem viaja por Guarulhos.
