A estrutura do hotel é muito sntiga e está terrivelmente DESGASTADO. Não gostei e não me hospedarei mais e não indico. Aspecto muito ruim, feio mesmo!! Não gostei. As toalhas de rosto e bsnho muito velhas, endurecidas, chuveiro muito ruim, sem concentração da água e com um jato para cada lado. Gotejanfo quando estava desligado. As paredes sujas e manchadas, cabelo no chão do banheiro...muito ruim. O cafe da manhã é bom, a localização é boa.

Os equipamentos dos quartos sao velhos, a água quente nao funciona bem, nao ha ducha para higienização intima, servico de TV péssimo, na 5a feira nem funcionou.

Foi ótima. O quarto é bom e confortável. Banheiro muito bem adaptado para as necessidades de pessoas com deficiência. Eu mudaria o vaso sanitário que é um vaso de hospital (ele não facilita para pessoas com deficiência, serve para que enfermeiros consigam ajudar na higienização do paciente) e também arrumaria o chuveiro. De resto, tudo maravilhoso

Primeiramente não fomos bem recebidos na recepção Funcionários mal humorados parecem que estão fazendo um favor para o hóspede. O quarto sujo com cama muito desconfortável e velha. Banheiro com as paredes extremamente sujas. Realmente a realidade do quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos apresentadas no site. O que salvou foi o café da manhã bom.

O hotel é bem localizado, para quem vai utilizar o aeroporto Congonhas. As fotos que vi no site não correspondem ao quarto que foi disponibilizado. O prédio, internamente, necessita cuidados e manutenção, seu aspecto não é bom. O dormitório tem as mesmas condições, a porta do banheiro não fecha direito além de ser barulhenta ao abrir e fechar, as paredes tem manchas, riscos, limpeza deficiente e a cama não é boa o colchão é ruim tem uma grande depressão no meio.

The hotel is close to airport but people in the reception are not kind and gentle, and the list too old and a lot of noise on the hallway, apparently too little insulation between rooms!!
