Stay away
Bad stay. We only stayed one night out of our two day stay. The internet kept going down and I was staying here to do work. Without internet I was not able to attend important meetings online. They really didn't show much effort to fix the internet beside moving me to a different room where the internet only worked within two feet of the door. Rooms are ugly and have cosmetic damage. Breakfast was not good. They also intended on turning off electricity from 11pm-445am on our last night. I left and they refused to refund the second night.

o hotel é antigo, mas ainda com boas condições para estadia, e um café da manhã simples. atendimento bom na recepção, mas lembre-se de que o mesmo fica ao lado de avenida com muito movimento, então tente reservar na parte da frente por causa do barulho.

Os funcionários são ótimos. Muito gentis e solícitos. Bom café da manhã (preço justo). Contudo, o empreendimento precisa muito de uma reforma. O ideal seria uma boa revitalização nos apartamentos como um todo, inclusive nos banheiros, substituição de portas, pisos, chuveiros, box, além de uma nova pintura nas partes internas. Também seria bom uma melhor higienização das toalhas (algumas foram disponibilizadas com fio de cabelo preso a elas...).

Uma boa estadia apenas para 1 ou 2 noites no máximo, fiquei hospedado com minha esposa. O apartamento necessita de uma modernização e por ficar ao lado da Av. 23 de julho, o barulho incomoda um pouco. Pontos positivos: equipe da recepção atenciosa, possui sauna e academia, próximo a importantes pontos da cidade.

Pedi uma NF quando paguei diária na entrada na sexta, mas a atendente me deu só um recibo manual na saída dizendo que a administração não estava funcionando no sábado. É um prédio um tanto antigo, de kitnets que viraram residence hotel. A vantagem é relativa proximidade com metrô.
