The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. Clean and functional
The hotel was ideally situated, just metres away from the bus station, in an area very safe to walk. The room was tiny but very clean and functional. Ideal to stay one or two nights, if bed and shower is all you need.

A brand new hotel very conveniently located 5 mins walk from Tiete Station. The area is not so nice but don't let that put you off. The hotel is comfortable, serves the purpose and the staff could not be more helpful.

O custo benefício do hotel é muito bom, perto da expo norte. As meninas do atendimento e limpeza são ótimas! Sempre atendendo e ajudando da melhor forma possível. Tivemos um problema com a torneira do quarto que parou de sair água, mas a questão era externa, estava com falta de água no bairro. O café da manhã é uma cortesia do hotel, então não vão esperando aquele café com variedades de comidas e frutas, só tem pão de queijo, bolo e pão com margarina.

O Hotel é bom, muito próximo a rodoviária, podendo ir a pé , o que nos facilitou muito. O local é silencioso e acomoda 2 pessoas muito bem. As roupas de cama merecem uma atenção especial, o lençol é horrível.

não gostei do atendimento, era uma moça muito mau humorada e com má vontade. no quarto, a tv não funcionava, o banheiro não tem box (molhou tudo) e as roupas de cama são totalmente mal cuidadas. eu só fiz algumas horas e fui embora cedo porque não aguentava ficar nem mais 1h ali.

Vantagem é a proximidade com o Metro e Rodoviária
A vantagem do local é a proximidade com o Metrô , embora a distância seja de 400 metros , o trajeto é meio deserto a pé. Com relação ao Serviço de quarto, deixa a desejar. Funcionários: alguns muito simpáticos, outros sem empatia , achei engraçado , que um senhor com camisa social , que parecia ser gerente ou um dos donos , estava na portaria atendendo ,quando cumprimentei duas vezes: "boa tarde" ao sair, e "boa noite" ao voltar , tive um silêncio como resposta , absurdo , a educação preza pela retorno da saudação!.
