The property is across the street to a large shopping mall. The beds were horrible. It was 2 boxsprings with a pillow top placed on top. The pillow top kept sliding off to one side of the bed. When they came in to "clean the room" on two of the three occasions they didn't change our sheets and only put clean towels and toilet paper in the bathroom without cleaning it. Maintenance had to be called to request the tv be unscrewed from the wall so we could connect an HDMI cable to watch movies becauae they had limited channels available. The breakfast was only available to those who paid extra money at booking and the food was cold everyday.

it was the third time i stayed at the hotel; but this time when i got there they told me i didn´t have a reservation; it was like 20min until they found it. except for this issue it was very okay.

A jewel in the city!
The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast is amazing as well! I have been staying in this same hotel for 10 years now and they just get better! The rooms are clean and updates! The mall is right in front of it and you have everything you need within walking distance.

Quality of the beds were great very comfortable. Friendly staff who went above and beyond. Breakfast was good and they had food/drinks at the hotel. Public transit right out front, mall across the street and approximately $20 CDN to get downtown by taxi which they hotel can arrange for you as well. Close to the local (not international airport) and you can take a bus from the local airport to the international airport for approximately $15 CDN. We will be staying again at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast buffet style was excellent. Shopping Mall with movie theater right across the street from hotel. Took an uber to the Templo of solomon for worship. 🔥🔥🔥 Ibis has good location. I had a good experience. Have a blessing day

Recomendo somente para hospedagem de emergência.
Hotel de REDE, mas com condições de conservação bem falhas. Interfone fica no corredor, não existe interfone no quarto. Problemas de falta de água no chuveiro. Chuveiro não esquenta, fomos informados que foi problemas no aquecedor central, portanto banho GELADO. Estacionamento cobrado à parte e valor expressivo. Refeitório ( café da manhã ) simples mas fomos muito bem atendidos pela Equipe do restaurante. Foi nossa 2º vez sendo hospedados neste hotel, e todos problemas foram reincidentes, portanto concluímos que a manutenção referente ao aquecedor de gás e água dos chuveiros, realmente não está sendo realizado. Está foi nossa experiência.
