Chegamos ás 20h30, fizemos o check-in e ao chegar no quarto, não haviam lençóis, tolhas e nem papel higiênico. O banheiro não é dotado de box, o que faz molhar todo o ambiente. O ruido externo era absurdo no sábado à noite e apesar de solicitar um quarto mais silencioso, isso não aconteceu e não conseguimos dormir toda à noite. Ainda falando em ruído também havia o ruído interno do ventilador, que ficava abrindo a cortina, o que também prejudicava a privacidade. Para não sair do hotel pedimos uma pizza, o que levou uma hora para chegar. O refeitório é minúsculo e a máquina de refresco, não refrigerava. Nenhuma acessibilidade, devido a grande quantidade de escadas e degraus ao longo do percurso entre a entrada/ garagem até o quarto. Com reserva paga para dois dias fizemos o check-out, já no primeiro dia, abrindo mão de uma diária, pois o hotel não tem política de cancelamento. Não mais me hospedarei no Hotel Off, pois infelizmente foi uma experiência terrível.

Apenas para um descanso de horas.
Bom custo benefício. Lugar apaenas pra tirar um cochilo e tomar um banho. Único ponto a reclamar o barulho,som alto a noite inteira devido a localidade do hotel.

Foi horrível. Fiquei em um sábado a noite. Tem um bar embaixo que ficou com som até tarde. Teve briga, grita, vidro quebrado. Eu no quarto senti muito medo. Local bem perigoso.

Desorganizados no check-in; não havia toalhas disponíveis, tivemos que solicitar várias vezes até que um dos funcionários conseguiu nos fornecer; barulho de música muito alto por causa do bar ao lado. Apesar dos pontos contra, o quarto é bom e tem tudo que precisa para uma pernoite.
