If you have an early morning flight, then this hotel will serve you well as it is within fifteen minutes away. However, a long sleeper may find this a challenging environment to rest in as people were constantly coming and going throughout the night. The staff is very helpful with assistance in regards to a taxi. However, I would recommend the hotel take email reservations as well for airport pickup for guest with either limited Portuguese ability or without a Brazilian phone as the shuttle operates as requested and does not have a set schedule for airport pickup.

Loved our stay! Pet friendly-we had our cat with us. The room was small (compared to American hotels) but it was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. Very friendly service. The Brazilian breakfast food was great! For Brasil and for the price range, I thought it was great service. Its in downtown Guarulhos but it’s a quiet neighborhood. They will also keep large luggage at the front desk for you, on account the rooms are small, and nobody messes with it. We had to extend our stay and we re-booked our room through Orbitz and it was cheaper than paying at the front desk. Orbitz is very worth it!

The staff is simply amazingly kind and accommodating. Same for the restaurant staff. The transportation for airport is ON TIME and included. Will DEFINITELY be back! Found some little flies on the middle bed but the window was open so its s kind of expected during spring

Não gostei de ter reservado o hotel pelo Wot if, receber a confirmação da reserva por e-mail e chegar no hotel e não ter a reserva, graças a Deus tinha um quarto disponível serão teria sido um grande transtorno ter que procurar outro hotel com duas crianças pequenas, achei desorganizado e não confiável, muito barulhento, gritaria de hóspedes o tempo inteiro...péssima experiência, não recomendo.

Room was too small for length of beds with big square foot posts to keep hitting knees on. Low price place so nothing too nice, but at least shuttle bus to airport. Breakfast was OK.

Hotel bastante precário! Passamos apenas uma noite (e que bom por isso). Quartos minúsculos, com aspecto de muito antigo (mobiliário manchado, forros de cama ruins, banheiro com revestimento todo manchado, parecendo sujo). A sensação é de insegurança. No checkin (cerca de 4h ou 5h após o horário) o quarto não estava disponível e queriam nos dar um sem ar e sem frigobar. Quando dissemos que não aceitávamos, fomos tratados de maneira ríspida pelo atendente. Que depois conseguiu um quarto conforme tínhamos reservado. Ponto positivo: o motorista, responsável pelo translado de passageiros até o aeroporto. Muito solícito e simpático. Café da manhã: bom

Nunca aceitem o quarto 402
A dificuldade começou com o transfer do aeroporto para o hotel, fiquei esperando 1h40, sendo que o percurso do hotel até o aeroporto acusa 30 min de trajeto pelo maps. Várias vezes luguei para o hotel, questionando para saber se realmente o transfer estava a caminho e cada hora recebia uma justificativa diferente. O hotel é simples, até ai para uma pernoite, sem problemas, entretanto colocaram no quarto 402, recusem este quarto, ele é muito barulhento, fica ao lado da caldeira, então, toda vez que alguém toma um banho no hotel, ela entra em funcionamento e faz um barulho como se estivesse dentro do seu quarto, era 23h40 min e o barulho insuportável, atrapalhando descansar.
