Limpeza da roupa de cama deixa a desejar. Funcionários totalmente despreparados para lidar com o público. A única vantagem deste hotel é estar no Braz, aonde tem poucas opções de hospedagens. Se nao fosse isso, jamais ficaria neste hotel com as tarifas cobradas.

Foi razoavel, ficamos em um novo predio do hotel, que era muito isolado e ate perigoso, visto que nao havia a recepção 24 la no predio e qualquer pessoa poderia entrar de acompanhante. Mas no dia seguinte reclamamos e gentilmente eles nos mudaram de quarto.

Sempre pego quartos com problemas. Dessa vez o secador não funcionava, apesar de um técnico ter vindo consertar. Internet não pega direito a partir do segundo andar. As TVs sempre apresentam problemas de conexões e imagens, oque não foi diferente dessa vez. Ar condicionado em mal aspecto. Sempre falta alguma roupa de cama, um travesseiro a mais ou uma coberta a mais, uma vez que a estadia é casal e só colocam roupas de cama para uma pessoa. No mais, oque salva é o café da manhã e o local perfeito para fazer compras.

Gostei do começo ao fim da experiência no Hotel Family, em especial do atendimento da menina da recepção que é muito simpática e maranhense. Recomendo bastante esse local seja para estadia mais demorada ou pra um pernoite comercial.
