I really liked that they have shuttle included so I didn’t have to think about transport from the airport to the hotel and back. It was noisy even sleeping with closed windows. The people working there are polite and always ready to help. Overall for spending a night there it’s fine.

Friendly staff but premises were not superb cleaned, air conditioning didn’t work and doors with no isolation so very loud noises from the corridors.

Perfect place to spend the night if you are flying to/from the Guarulhos Airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, courteous and helpful drivers. The hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good (they start serving it at 4:30 AM!) and the room was very clean. I would certainly stay there again.

Clean hotel near Guarulhos airport. Free breakfast and airport shuttle was welcome. Walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbours get up to. São Paulo hotels aren’t great, in my experience, so this one gets a decent rating from me by comparison. It’s in an industrial zone near the metro and lots of busy roads.
