Excellent Location
Nice and comfortable hotel, excellent location. Be aware there's no reception, all contact must be made through WhatsApp, phone, etc. Also, there's no room cleaning (only when you leave), and there's an one-time cleaning fee on top of the room rate (check the total to make sure it's included before click on "Book").

The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there. On the other hand, the location was great and we loved the neighborhood. I liked how easily we could get in and out of the building, and it felt pretty safe overall.

Localização excelente!
O apto era bem espaçoso, com ótima cama (incluindo roupa de cama de qualidade), geladeira grande, placa de fogão e máquina de café. Mas senti falta de mais louças e utensílios na cozinha. Não tinha nenhum copo! Somente 2 xícaras, alguns pratos e panelas. Eu estava sozinha e não cozinhei no apto mas poderia ter feito falta. A localização é excelente, a 2 quadras do metrô Moema e perto de muitas lojas, mercados, farmácias, bares e restaurantes. O único "porèm" que vai fazer com que eu demoro um pouco a me hospedar novamente nessa unidade é a obra gigante na frente do prédio. Começam a trabalhar bem cedo, por volta de 7h30 e estão na fase da fundação ainda. De resto tudo ótimo, espaço de coworking muoto bom, lavanderia, pequena sala de ginástica, piscina (bem pequena) na cobertura.

Ótima estada!
Gosto muito da rede Charlie. Tive um problema com a fechadura eletrônica que resolverem rapidamente (ao sair para trabalhar, percebi que ela não estava trancando. Rapidamente vieram consertar). Gosto que tudo é novo, limpo, conservado e funcional. Um porém: um dos elevadores esteve fora de operação durante minha estada. Coincidentemente, o único elevador em funcionamento estragou no segundo dia mas viram também rapidamente consertar. Pena que acabei sendo sorteado e tive que descer e subir 12 andares para buscar a Teleentrega.
