Was looking for a nice place with a Jacuzzi spend a nice evening. First issue was that they don't have a person to call - you just have to talk to a robot in whatsapp and only after 10-15 minutes pattern of answers (in portuguese) you get a live person. Check in starts at 3PM - there was no information about apartment number or room. Only after spending 30 minutes talking to robots I managed to get to a live person and they chatted me the room number and access code.
As soon as we got there, we saw that the jacuzzi is barely working and again (30 minutes robot), asked to cancel our reservation and get refunded - to what we were told that it was booked with expedia and not with them directly, so it's non refundable. The room also ended up having no internet connection, and a broken oven and stove (thus impossible to cook dinner).
Every single time I had to wait to pass the robot conversation in order to talk to someone, everytime I was basically told that "oh well, the room is there, you have a bed, so why you want to cancel".
Ruined evening because of useless service of Charlie and braindead support. In the end, paid for the most expensive room they had and ended up with just a working bed, no jacuzzi, no kitchen, no internet...
