Rooms had a lot of dust. Construction from 830 until the afternoon everywhere, people drilling the walls early in the morning. Internet not working properly and building is exactly in the plane's landing path. Besides that, their entry system was not working properly and we had to wait outside the building late at night until they could let us in.

Lots still to iron out
The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring numbers and give error. Multiple failed attempts trying to open the door every time which was very frustrating. 4. Very loud sound from airplanes flying overhead all day from 5am to midnight. 5. Extended my stay the last day, and they did not extend access to the building as well, which left me locked out of the building for several minutes. Overall nice, but many things left to iron out.

Lindo, confortável e… barulhento!
O prédio é ótimo, localização muito boa ao lado do Shopping Ibirapuera. Dispõe de lavanderia, academia, sauna e piscina, que foi uma decepção para mim por não ser aquecida, impossível utilizar no frio de SP. O apartamento é maravilhoso e confortável, mas tive um grande problema com barulho. O som dos aviões é muito alto devido a proximidade com o aeroporto, e à noite estavam mexendo no asfalto da rua produzindo ruídos ensurdecedores durante toda a madrugada. Um prédio nessa localização deveria ter vidros acústicos. Tirando esses detalhes, valeu a pena a hospedagem.

Tive uma ótima estadia, o apartamento é novo, a cama é ótima, fuja do sofá cama, bons itens de cozinha. Minha ressalva é ao sofá cama que é duro demais, os aviões passam das 06 as 23, e como é novo, tem apartamentos executando mudanças estruturais, então tem poeira e sujeira em alguns andares. Ponto positivo para a segurança, mas tive problema com a entrada no final. Ótima Localização.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Ao lado do Shopping Ibirapuera. Quarto com sala separada. Com tv na sala e no quarto. Muito bem decorado e com utensílios completos na cozinha. A única parte negativa é não ter estacionamento e nem facilidade para estacionar na rua. Em frente é proibido estacionar.

A localização é incrível, perto de padaria, restaurante, shopping e estação de metrô. Achei o bairro encantador e seguro. As acomodações são muito boas, porém a comunicação é bastante deficitária, solicitei uma cafeteira que estava faltando no meu quarto e tive muita demora no retorno. Apesar disso tenho interesse em me hospedar outras vezes, tive uma ótima experiência!

O prédio é lindíssimo! O apartamento é muito confortável e conforme as fotos. O chuveiro é dos sonhos, simplesmente amei. Senti falta de uma pá para catar o lixo do quarto, fora isso, não tive problemas algum no apartamento. A segurança do prédio é super reforçada. Para quem desejar se hospedar e ir no Brás fazer compras, o ap fica a 30min de distância, gastei em torno de 35,00 com a ida e 52,00 com a volta.
