I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was the worst I've ever encountered—both the staff and the manager were hostile and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable; it was noisy all night, and I didn't get any sleep at all. The so-called "studio" is a complete scam. We measured it, and it is exactly 2.5 meters by 4.5 meters, to the millimeter, which IS including the shower and the corridor from the door. This matchbox-sized ridiculous room ("STUDIO APARTMENT"???????) leaves hardly any space to move around. There's only one chair, and the "kitchen" consists of a single electric heater. We felt suffocated and cramped the entire time. Booking this place for two weeks in advance was the biggest mistake we've ever made. It was a miserable experience, and we will never even contemplate visiting this awful place again. Avoid at all costs!

Custo benefício muito bom. Profissionais educados e respondem prontamente. Único ponto de atenção seria informar no momento da reserva sobre a disposição de janelas no quarto. Esse foi o único incômodo que se eu soubesse teria reservado o superior ou com varanda para maior conforto. Pedi pra trocar de quarto e pagar a diferença, mas infelizmente não tinha disponibilidade no momento. Se eu soubesse teria antecipado e realizado a reserva já no quarto que melhor me atenderia.

Excelente localização, entre as estações de metrô Paraíso e Brigadeiro, fica no comecinho da Av. Paulista, tem tudo perto, inclusive ponto de ônibus, na esquina tem a padaria Viana, recomendo muito, pois as comidas de lá são deliciosas e bom preço. O apartamento estava limpinho, é muito bem estruturado, tudo novinho e bem silencioso, dormi muito bem. Amei a estadia!

Já fiquei lá outras vezes. A acomodação em si é boa e muito bem localizada. O wi-fi que sempre é muito fraco e os quartos da frente precisam de tratamento acustico. O quarto estava limpo, mas dos 2 sabonetes disponibilizados, um estava usado.
