Decent enough for the price.
I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

O hotel entega o que promete no anúncio. Os funcionários são excelentes. Porém, a região do entorno é cheia de bares e restaurantes com musica alta, o que atrapalhou o meu descanso e das minhas duas crianças pequenas.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

Propaganda não condiz com a realidade
Eu havia feito a reserva para uma acomodação com cozinha. Chegamos no dia e a recepção informou que havíamos locado um com mobilidade reduzida que não tinha nada a ver com as imagens do anúncio. Para nosso desespero não havia outros disponíveis e tivemos que ficar 3 noites num quarto virado pra rua. E a rua é extremamente boêmia. Cheia de botecos barulhentos que ficam abertos até por volta das 4h. No quarto dia de hospedagem nos mudaram para um quarto condizente com o anúncio e esse sim era amplo, com mesa, cozinha equipada, banheiro com box e uma arara de apoio. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e nos deu todo o suporte, por isso considero um experiência boa, voltaria para a acomodação standard que fica na parte de trás do hotel.
