Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

A localização é perfeita nada a reclamar só daria um toque na anfitriã, para que se atente cuide do suportes no banheiro tomadas e buraco na porta do banheiro lá da parede da porta do banheiro e a luz da cabeceira da cama do led tá com defeito fica piscando por fim configurar a TV para que pegue os canais E que fique um pouco mais ajustada para a pessoa não perder tanto tempo. Mas, são questões básicas só de manutenção que não tiram o glamour do local a vista maravilhosa do centro antigo de São Paulo a segurança interna e os facilites do local como academia piscina lavanderia mercado interno.
