Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

O apartamento é bastante amplo, fica na esquina da avenida Paulista e em frente ao acesso à estação de metrô consolação. A comunicação com a recepção é muito simples, por WhatsApp. A desvantagem é o barulho da avenida, durante a madrugada.

A estadia foi muito boa. Toda a equipe é muito simpática, o processo de check in e check out foi muito rápido e simples. As instalações do prédio e do apartamento estão novas e em ótimas condições. A minha nota de 0 à 10, é 9,8 O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável Cama boa, chuveiro com água quente Lá nao é um hotel, então se você quiser limpeza no quarto, tem que pagar um valor Em relação a barulho, dava pra ouvir as pessoas andando no corredor, conversando, o barulho da fechadura digital dos quartos ao lado, mas para mim isso nao foi problema Funcionários super educados e atenciosos, estão de parabéns No térreo do apê, tem um restaurante, comida boa, pratos bem servidos, preço bom, pra quem come pouco, um prato serve duas pessoas Eu tenho duas observações sobre o quarto 517, a janela não abre, e na tv não pega a globo Resumindo, eu gostei da minha estadia, pretendo voltar.

Gostei muito da local, muito limpo e com lençóis e toalhas novas e limpas. Tudo funcionava bem! Na parte de baixo tem restaurante, fica perto na Bella Paulista e da estação do metrô . Localização perfeita

Maravilhoso, assim como qualquer experiência que tive com os outros apês. Localização perfeita com entrada pela avenida Paulista e haddock lobo. O único ponto negativo é que me colocaram em um quarto sem vista para a paulista, mesmo a reserva sendo feita para um quarto de padrão superior. Mas acredito que isso poderia ser facilmente resolvido entrando em contato antes de estadia e fazendo essa solicitação.
