Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Una muy buena opción en Av. Paulista, cercana a tiendas, restaurantes y otros sitios de interés de esta gran ciudad. Edificio en excelentes condiciones, habitación cómoda y buen servicio de alimentos, así como una agradable atención por parte del personal, que incluso sin saber el idioma, buscaba apoyar. El punto negativo fue que al llegar, no tenían sincronizado su sistema con el de Expedia, por lo que no aparecía mi reservación, incluso haciendo previamente el check in en línea, así es que tuvieron que alojarme la primera noche en una habitación más pequeña que la seleccionada. En la segunda habitación la señal de Internet era muy débil y no pudo resolverse.

La habitación es muy pequeña y reservamos dos y nos quedamos 2 días. Una habitación no tenía agua en el depósito del sanitario y la otra habitación no tenía manija en la puerta del baño. Todo lo demás muy bien, especialmente la atención de Johnatan 👏👏👏 el desayuno rico y muy bien ubicado 👍

De modo geral a acomodação foi boa. Senti falta de uma "bucha" de lavar louça (a que está no apto deve ter 500 anos e de um guardanapo decente

Mãe e uma criança no Apê
Localização excelente. Café da manhã do restaurante anexo com bom custo benefício. Quarto muito bem equipado. Chuveiro ótimo. Mas as janelas precisavam ter isolamento acústico melhor, o barulho da rua incomoda bastante, talvez andares mais altos sejam mais interessante (fiquei no 3º).
