I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there.

Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Vale muito a pena
Muito bom, otima localização, cafe da manha vale muito a pena, é servido no Restaurante Jardan, excelente. Quarto grande, limpo, banheiro espaçoso, so faltou ter ducha higiênica no banheiro que foi o unico inconveniente e que ao meu ver é uma coisa tao simples de ser instalada e que traria mais conforto aos hóspedes.

Quarto com bicama muito confortável com vista da Haddock Lobo e parcial da Paulista. As janelas não vedam som, fiquei no 10 andar e o barulho da rua incomodou ainda assim. Dá para passear a pé.

Localização perfeita
Apê com excelente localização, ótimo atendimento e restaurante anexo ao empreendimento. Mas não tem serviço de quarto e a pia do banheiro fica ao lado do armário do quarto. Viajei sozinha e utilizei o metrô para o deslocamento. Sair do metrô e dar de cara com a entrada do Apê me proporcionou uma sensação de segurança incrível.Não poderia ter escolhido local melhor. Recomendo.
