O quarto é simples mas cumpre a expectativa de hospedar 3 ou 4 pessoas. O café da manhã é bem simples e as vezes um item ou outro demora a ser reposto Os funcionarios sao simpaticos e cuidadosos, o atendimenyo da recepcao é remoto mas eficiente. O sistema da garagem é ruim, pra um carro sair outros tem que se mover ainda bem que nao stress entre clientes no meu caso. O lugar me parece perigoso de noite, mas nao ouve nada durantebminha estadia

Uma péssima experiência!
Eu sempre fui fiel ao hoteis.com na reserva de minhas hospedagens, mas mostro aqui a minha indignação, por oferecer dentro de seu portfólio um estabelecimento como esse. Reservei uma diária, pois estava retornando dos Lençóis Maranhenses e com voo de retorno a São Paulo às 3h da manhã, meu objetivo foi proporcionar à minha família, um local familiar onde pudéssemos tomar um banho e descansar até o horário de check-in no aeroporto. Ao chegar na pousada, a atendente me recepcionou com a máquina de pagamento da diária em mãos e somente após pagar, minha esposa percebeu que nosso quarto pequeno e com cheiro de mofo, não tinha banheiro! Teríamos que usar um banheiro compartilhado com hóspedes de outro quarto que desfilavam pela pousada com camisolas e usavam o banheiro com a porta aberta como se estivessem em suas casas. Embora já tivesse pago, solicitei cancelamento e ao enquanto tentava ligar para o hoteis.com, a atendente me ofereceu um quarto com banheiro privativo. Estava desarrumado mas ela me disse que rapidamente arrumaria para a minha família. Creio que em 2 minutos, não há tempo suficiente para arrumar um quarto e trocar a roupa de cama. Isso ficou claro pois nem sabonete no banheiro ela disponibilizou. Não me incomodo com estabelecimentos simples, desde que você não se sinta enganado como nós não sentimos. Não recomendo esse lugar a ninguém.
