Basic rooms at basic prices. Breakfast choices adequate but nothing extraordinary. Helpful staff, loud AC in the rooms, hot dining area for breakfast. Comfortable beds but rooms small and ugly.

Found a live cockroach in my room. For my fiance to pick me up not even enter my room there was a charge. I found this very strange as I’ve never heard of this happening.

1) O pessoal é gentil, mas custa a entender o que se solicita mesmo no idioma local (Português). 2) O ar condicionado no Quarto 418 pinga no chão. 3) Os canais de televisão do Quarto 418 apresentam "Delay" ou seja, desligam a imagem por 5 segundos e depois retornam, isso o tempo todo. 4) No primeiro dia de arrumação, não repuseram sabonete. 5) O restaurante é sem ar condicionado e a temperatura ambiente é quente igual a um forno.
