Retorno para velha nova " casa".
A minha estadia foi uma experiência maravilhosa, fui muito bem tratada, inclusive levei meu cachorro ,e por se tratar de um labrador, foi muito bem aceito e segui orientações de boa convivência O hotel Rezende já é meu velho e bom refúgio,e com uma nova administração está ainda melhor!

Gostei da experiência neste hotel. Embora o quarto e o banheiro sejam mais antigos, demorando até mesmo para a água do chuveiro esquentar, os itens positivos sobressaem: funcionários, café da manhã, localização.

Atendimento eficiente da recepção. Café da manhã simples saboroso mas confuso , pessoal atencioso porém falta técnica em montagem e método. Localização ótima central próximo a tudo. Poderiam ter incluído pelo menos um lanche em um feriado onde toda a cidade estava fechada . Resumindo apesar de atenciosos a maioria dos funcionários são despreparados profissionalmente em hotelaria.
