Meu filho passou mal, me impediram de levar alimentação pra ele no quarto. Trataram a gente com o maior desdem, lamentável onde um hotel devia prezar as crianças. Piscinas sujas, cobrança de R$6,00 por toalha de piscina.

Esperava mais, tivemos problemas no banheiro por 3 vezes. O sofá cama não é tão confortável para dormir, era melhor que tivesse cama de solteiro como em vários outros hotéis que já fui. A limpeza das camareiras era bem precária, ficava sujo, arrumavam de qualquer jeito. Não trocava a toalha de rosto suja. O que salvou foram as piscinas e a recreação.

Dessa vez só não vou dar 10 pelo fato de que os gestores não saberem dimensionar os restaurantes com relação ao número de hóspedes. Não sei se foi erro de arquiteto, mas desde que conheço o hotel, nunca vi os dois restaurantes funcionando , nem com o hotel cheio. Se não queriam ter o trabalho e ou os custos de manter 2 cozinhas, que planejassem diferente, criando um restaurante grande que comportasse o hotel cheio.

Péssima estadia
Quarto sujo, andar sujo, piscinas sujas. Serviço de quarto faltou dois dias. Piscinas geladas no terceiro dia. Um caos para comer, tudo cheio e sem variedade no café da manhã. Nao tem servico de refeicao no quarto para quem não pode se locomover todo tempo. Refeicoes caras para uma comida sem qualidade. Um drink por 55 é surreal. Minha mãe PCD sofria com elevadores lotados e sem serviço de refeição no quarto. NÃO VOLTO! Escolham o HotBeach sem dúvida!

No geral, não gostamos.
Nossa experiencia não foi a mais agradável. No local tinha musica alta, na piscina, o tempo todo. Nosso apto ficava no terceiro andar, de frente para o palco. O quarto não tinha luz indireta (abajur) somente luz no teto. O chuveiro ficou vazando o período todo, sem que ninguém consertasse. E o pior, apesar de pagarmos um valor relativamente alto, e reservamos apto triplo, nosso filho dormiu no sofá, não tinha uma cama para a terceira pessoa. Outro fato incomodativo, é a presença diária de vendedores de outro empreendimento do grupo, na área da piscina. Não é o melhor lugar, nem a forma, de abordar os hospedes, que estão de férias e querem descansar.

Hotel bom com deficiência em gerenciar as regras contidas no folder entregue no check in. Por exemplo: muitas pessoas utilizando a borda da piscina para colocar copos, bebendo e comendo dentro dela também e nenhum funcionário reprimindo; pessoas reservando espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol com toalhas e pertences pessoais e não utilizando o local, em detrimento a pessoas que não tinham onde se instalar; café da manhã deveria iniciar mais cedo, entre 06 e 06:30h; valores de alimentação elevados.
