The Sunset View Villa Santorini is an entire home and very personal.

It has been built over 2 levels with views of the amazing caldera of Santorini and the magnificent sunset.

UPPER LEVEL ( 60m ) one of the largest private terraces with private Jacuzzi, Pergola & kitchen / bar, fully equipped with kitchenette, dining table, sun beds, Jacuzzi and the uninterrupted stunning views, (care of Santorini)

VILLA LEVEL ( 120m ) 3 Bedroom (one with ensuite) , 2 bathrooms with luxury facilities of modern day living. Sleeps 6 .
LINEN: The villa also provides all your towels, both bath and Jacuzzi, slippers, blow-driers etc and luxury toiletries (shampoo, soaps and body wash)

The villa's kitchen is an American Style kitchen with all the mod cons, including stove, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge and all the cutlery, glasses and plates, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The kitchen looks out to the tranquil courtyard and seaviews.

The property can be reached by foot and is on street level, It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the capital of Santorini called Fira.

In the village of Firostefani we also have many lovely restaurants , bars and cafes.

Highly Recommend!
My friends and I had an amazing time staying here. The place is very well cleaned and decorated. The location is great as well. It’s not too far of a walk from the main town area and there is plenty to see along the way. Also, the view of the sea is breathtaking from the upper balcony area. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Unbelievable View, Incredibly Attentive Hosts!
The pictures do not do this place justice! Its gorgeous, inside and out! Amazing views! Its nestled right in a beautiful neighborhood on the coast near cafes and restaurants that are incredibly delicious and relaxing. Every day a housecleaner came and offered new towels and cleaned a little bit around the space, something we did not expect and was very appreciated. The host went above and beyond-- one night we got stranded and couldn't find a cab and as a last resort we texted the host; she had a cab to our location in 20 minutes. We don't know what we would have done without them! The only issue of the home is the hot tub does not get hot, it's more of a warm pool. Keep that in mind if you visit when it's colder like we did, in the summer the temperature wold be perfect though!

Amazing views.

Summer Wonder in Santorini
Just an amazing welcoming cave home! Such a spacious living room inside with terrific bedrooms. Blasting hot in Santorini but not in our cave home. The upstairs penthouse space had a spectacular view where we watched sunsets, played cards and took late evening hot tubs. The home was perfectly cleaned every day. And, Christos was the perfect host, helping us before and during our trip with directions and recommendations. He secured amazing reservations for us. He is just such a wonderful person. Loved our stay so very much.

Beautiful Santorini
We had an absolutely lovely time in Santorini made possible by Eleni and her wonderful staff. The home, coupled with the amazing views and attentive staff made for a best in class experience. The views from the top floor patio are nothing less than amazing. The sunsets each night were absolutely remarkable. An abundance of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing opportunities are literally within a few steps from your front door. In particular, have Christos arrange for a private catamaran sunset tour of the surrounding area. It was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Eleni for sharing your beautiful home and thank you to both Christos and Mimosa for an unforgettable experience.

What a fabulous location and the view Isn’t so bad either. You walk out your steps to whatever you wast. Kosta the host was outstanding and was very responsive on all of our request. Only downfall is the beds weren’t that comfortable.

Everyone says you have to see the sunset at Oia. We regret doing that as it was a night we didn't get to enjoy the sunset at this property, which was even better than the world-class Oia sunset. Great support from Kosta, the property concierge / host.

Perfect Santorini Villa
Our stay was perfect and everything we hoped it would be. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The villa actually feels larger than it appears in pictures. Between the decor and the cleanliness is was immaculate. The villa host was great and he did a perfect job of welcoming us and giving us a thorough tour. We used his services multiple times to hire cars to drive us around the island. The rooftop deck was beautiful. We spent our first full day up there, finding no reason to leave. The views of the sunset are spectacular. When we did leave to explore the island we found ourselves in the mid-afternoon wanting to get back to our roof to cool off and enjoy the views. There is no reason to watch the sunset anywhere else. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area of the villa. Thera was a quick walk for nighttime dinner and shopping. We loved the little things also, like the host gift of snacks and wine and the history book about the villa. I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a spacious cliffside villa, a large private outdoor area and a great central location.

Thank you Eleni and Kosta for making our stay so wonderful. The location, views and your beautiful villa were breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The villa has a great floor plan and it accommodated all of us comfortably. The upstairs terrace was amazing with the spa pool and incredible views of the Caldera. Kosta was so helpful and accommodated every request. It was great chatting with him. A truly magical place to stay.

Perfection
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the sunset view villa. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. Anything we needed-reservations, car transfers, was taken care of by Kostas immediately. My 18 year old son commented multiple times on how kind everyone was. We had Spiro in for a “eat like a Greek” dinner- cooked and served at the villa, and it was amazing! It was our first visit to Santorini and it was perfection.

We loved the cave house, the view from the rooftop patio was extraordinary. There is a nice size main bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. There is an air conditioner but it does not keep it as cool as I prefer during the night, however for most people it would probably be ok. There is everything you could ever need. Kosta was amazing , he met us and went over everything when we arrived and was available for any questions for the duration of our stay. Thanks for great hospitality,

Spectacular Setting
What an incredible location and beautiful place to stay. The best location in Santorini and impeccably maintained. Eleni and Mr Kosta were wonderful to deal with and made our stay even more enjoyable with arranging transportation, tours, dining and evening suggestions. Almost perfect
Stunning view despite the obstruction from the pergola of the (very friendly) restaurant/hotel patio just below the villa. Gorgeous, well thought out upper terrace room with windows on all sides allowed for enjoyment of the view long after sunset. Property was remarkably quiet given its fantastic location right on the walking path into Fira. Excellent communication with the property manager, who was quick to respond and very helpful. We gave property description three stars as the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property, wasn't working properly and wasn't fixed during our stay. The kitchen amenities could also have been more robust given the nightly rate (missing some equipment). Communication with the property owner was contentious at times, but overall we enjoyed our stay on the beautiful island of Santorini.
