We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and the sea view room was scenic. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. The feedback we would give is hand wash in the room, provide face towels and have some lighting on the room numbers. A suggestion would be for the hotel to have a shuttle service going to different towns in the area. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

One of the most majestic hotels we’ve ever stayed. The presidential suite looks over Santorini’s breathe taking horizon. Staff: top notch in all levels. Comfort: if only we can sleep in and stay longer. View: perfect for sunrise! Just walk about -10min uphill and enjoy the sunset without fighting with other people in Oia. Tips: bring comfortable shoes for walking uphills and cobble stones. Dress to Suites is a must experience! Thank you so much.

Everything was exceptional and exceeded our expectations at Cresanto. The room was beautiful and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful, food was exceptional, including the breakfast every morning. Our balcony had privacy and a great view. Could not recommend this place enough and above all that the owner was always around saying hi and welcoming everyone. I would return in a heserbeat.

Excellent location and facilities
The location was perfect east facing, peaceful and away from the crowds. Although to get to Acura and instagramable sights was just a short walk away. We had our own jacuzzi to look out on to the ocean. Every detail was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re looking for some peace and beauty.

Our most wonderful holiday ever! The staff were incredibly attentive and the views were extraordinary! Our own private pool was absolutely the way to go. The property was beautiful, serene and a quick ride to Oia and Fira. We saw lots of other hotels and resorts but we are so happy we chose Cresanto!

Suit was excellent and spacious and had good location. However, at the end they harassed us to check out of the room where as we requested to give a leeway for an hour (instead of 11 , we asked for 12), but they were extremely rude at the end and kept on harassing which was pathetic for such a good hotel . Also they asked check in time in advance and we mentioned 12:30 but they made us wait for an hour and half. Both of these left a bitter taste in the mouth to such a good experience.There was no turndown service.Dionysus from restaurant gave a good service. She was wonderful. I hope concierge and check in check out staff show respect to customers and improve on their demeaner.
