Overall, the property met our expectations. However, we encountered some frustrations with an uncommunicated policy change regarding the airport shuttle. We had anticipated that shuttle charges would be billed to our room, but upon arrival, we were informed that payment was required directly to the driver. Unfortunately, we didn’t have Euros on hand, and the driver couldn’t accept credit card payments. Additionally, the service at reception was inconsistent and unreliable at times. On a positive note, we were self-sufficient, which allowed us to navigate these challenges and ultimately made the experience more memorable and educational. The daily breakfast was a significant perk, and the option to have it delivered to our room worked flawlessly. Despite the few issues, we would recommend this resort to others, with the mentioned caveats.

Where do I start. What an amazing place! I booked this for a proposal as I wanted somewhere private with an amazing view/sunset. This was the most perfect place for this I could have imagined. I don’t think I can actually fault the hotel at all. Amazing views, breakfast brought to your room every morning, privacy which is quite hard to find for a room with a pool in Santorini. Anna and staff were amazing helping me plan our stay and extras for the proposal before our arrival. The only con to some people might be that it is out of the way, we rented a car from the airport for £50 and that worked perfectly for us, with free convenient parking pretty much outside your room. The location is just perfect for peace and quiet, it’s the opposite side of the island to the airport so you don’t hear any planes either, but also being handy that it is only 15 minutes from the airport and Fira, 30 minutes to Oia. BOOK IT

The women at the reservation desk was very rude. We arrived at noon as pre-confirmed and she made us wait outside in the hot parking lot for almost a half hour without evening offering us water. I asked if there was a bathroom and she told me to walk to the nearest town, which is not a quick walk. I insisted there must be a public bathroom on site and voila! Magic there was! Our room was beautiful and the view was amazing. However random people kept waking through our private patio/pool area. We stayed at a nicer hotel Danae Suites that was perfect, but it was the north side of the island view. We stayed at this hotel just for one night because it was so close to the ferry port and we wanted to check out the more quaint small villages and wineries. I would definitely recommend for 1 night but not your entire stay as the service is pretty much non-existent.

Anna was absolutely fantastic with the provision of information, booking of tours and general helpfulness. She is a very pleasant and kind young woman who makes takes care in listening to your needs and trying to accommodate you as much as possible. The hotel is not bran new, but it has charm and the location and views are OUT OF THIS WORLD!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights for our anniversary (executive suite) and we loved it! The views of the caldera were stunning and our suite seemed private enough however we could see the other pools below so be mindful if booking the other suites. Breakfast being delivered to our room was lovely. Special thanks to Anna who helped us during our stay by helping us out with trips and restaurant recommendations and any other questions we had!! The location was also great - in a quiet part of santorini but 5 mins walk away from a bus stop that takes you to Fira or Perissa and very close to the village of Megalochori (about 10 mins by walk) and Pyrgos (about a 4 minute drive). Only con is the pools are not heated so we didn’t make much use of them as it’s quite windy. If the pools were heated this place would be perfect however i’d still recommend :)

The property was very clean and well managed, not to mention the breathtaking view that I believe every single room has. Panos, the manager was super friendly and helpful. We were grateful for his suggestions on the best spots in town, nothing like typical travel info but something that you would definitely appreciate. The whole experience we spent on this special Island was truly remarkable. Rental car is highly recommended in the island.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views and the warm, friendly atmosphere that permeated the entire hotel. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. First and foremost, the breathtaking view from my room was absolutely mesmerizing. Waking up to the sight of the picturesque surroundings was a dream come true. Additionally, the night view at the pool was just amazing. I was looking up tue sky and saw beautiful stars! The staff at Azanti Suites also deserves special recognition for their genuine hospitality and attentiveness. I was particularly touched when the staff surprised me by singing a heartfelt birthday song and presenting me with a complimentary bottle of champagne. It was a gesture that made me feel special and added an extra touch of magic to my celebration. I usually don’t write reviews but I must say that my stay at the Azanti Suites was magical. An absolutely beautiful two floor space with THE most incredible views of the caldera. Ground floor co rains the living room, bathroom and separate shower room. The bedroom is on the second floor mezzanine. A big shout out to this amazing, we’ll attentive staff who really took the time to make one feel at home.

The staff were amazing and very pleasant. If we travel back to Santorini in the future, we will be staying here again. Cons, not completely secluded outdoor area and you are unable to adjust the temperature of the hot tub.
