Staff was great but for breakfast it was buffet style and ran out of food by 9am, every limited options. It was Limited staff, so the was run around doing their best but helpful from start to finish

The hotel was average and just about what I expected for the price. The room was basic and my only complaint was that I spotted a couple of roaches and there were no wash cloths during the stay, only towels. This was my first trip to the island so I’m not sure if that was the norm there.

Rooms pictures on the internet do not look as its the same room, rooms are outdated at least the one they give me (320) need paint, better furniture and bathrooms update. Staff is amazing and very humble, they are helping you on anything you need, I would saty again but in another room. Also my room was a suite wish it suppose to be one of the best ones.
