The stay was enjoyable, but I would advise against booking a room on the 7th floor due to the smoke coming from the cigar room on top.

I upgraded the room, pay extra and the closet doors do not open, the WC has running water, the room has humidity and water stains. The restroom was dirty. The complementary coffee maker did not have filters so no coffee could be done. I was promess free non alcoholic drinks included with the extra fee and nobody knew in the hotel about it. I asked for room service and i eas told that it will come whenever they have time in a rude manner. Buffet lunch was good, and the hotel looked as a remainder of how it was loooong time ago. If you have poor standards in service and cleaniless, then you are good.

My stay could have been better. Had a very late check in due to business commitments and by 8am my sleep was disturb by construction on the floor above and it was absolutely disturbing. Worst experience at such a nice elegant hotel.
