I’ve stayed here a couple of times and really like it. The rooms are clean, the location is close to everything, and the front-desk guy is awesome. The only negative during this stay was that we didn’t have hot water, which was disappointing — but overall I’d still return.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. This is one of my favorites places to stay when I go to D.R. I love that there is a supermarket at the end of the block. The neighborhood is quiet and the area is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I did not have a car on this trip but the parking is a little bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Overall I highly recommend this place.

So I have stayed at this property before. My first stay was very good. This time I got a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths. The half bath did not work. The back bedroom bed frame was broken. Not usable. Also the hot water instant heater had to be reset. Then stopped working all together. So cold shower this morning

Location is key of this property! The facility is clean, love that elevator is close by the garage and exits. Our units was so clean, spacious for 3 people, the bathroom clean, the water pressure EXCELLENT 💯!!! washer and dryer in the unit. AC/fan works. The staff were very friendly and professional. We were arriving late due traveling from the US and the time change. We called regarding check in, because were at arriving past 1am. The Concierge was understanding and put us at ease. Upon arrival ,check in was a breeze, we was welcomed and they helped with our luggages -thank you!!! staff was very helpful. We didn't use the parking garage, we did UBER as a form of transportation. Location is very convenient, is walkable to the Agora Mall also to the Feliz Sanchez Arena and most the grocery store. I will rebook this location Again ✈️..Thank You.
