They did not provide the necessary services and assistance during my stay at the property. They answered emails days late, they charged me for extending my time at the hotel ($60 for 4 hours more even though I was a VIP) and the quality of the rooms is not modern: they do not have soap, small towels, slippers, or irons, in short, a very basic hotel.

Pay more and stay at a nicer place in a better lo!
It was alright. The front desk staff are lovely. Otherwise the service is just mediocre. The food in the restaurant quite terrible. The hotel itself needs a deep cleaning! Breakfast terrible. Location not great. Would not recommend.
