Space:
 The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. In total there are two 90cm beds in the large room, a 105cm bed in the small room and a 140cm sofa bed in the living room, so the total capacity is 5 people. In the living room there is a desk and there is wifi throughout the house. In the kitchen there are cooking utensils and complimentary coffee and cocoa. Cleaning utensils are also available to leave the floor in good condition. There is a microwave, an oven, ceramic hob, a small fridge and a washing machine available to guests. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer and soap.

Attention to guests:
 Guests will have total freedom of movement, even being the entrance to the apartment autonomously. There is a code for access to the portal and a little box next to the floor door with the keys inside. On the floor you will find instructions and guides with our tips, and we will provide a telephone for any need that may arise during the stay.

Neighborhood Overview:
 Quiet neighborhood near downtown Santiago. Little parking is available right next to the portal but there is free parking a few meters away.

How to move:
The best way to get around Santiago is on foot. From the apartment you can walk to the historic center to see the cathedral or the mall and right next to the floor there is a walk through which you can walk to the City of Culture. Other important cities of Galicia such as Coruña or Orense can be visited by train, since in just over 30 minutes you can reach it. To visit other areas it is better to take the car.

Good value, handy location, well set up
The flat is on the top floor, light, airy and well maintained. Access to the flat was promptly set up and easy (finding the key in a secure box). The view isn't picturesque, but the location is really handy for the city centre and travelling about by train (e.g. we easily visited Vigo and A Coruna). Overall - we felt it was good value and would stay again.

Enjoyed the stay very much! Loved the cute apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed
We did laundry and there was a nice porch to hang clothes out to dry. The apartment was a little farther from the historic district than I thought but within walking distance for sure. We just finished walking the Camino so certainly could do it. We enjoyed the space and it was very clean! Thank you so much.

Lovely and cozy rental
I arrived during a very stormy evening which lasted my entire two night stay. Was greatful to find an inviting Two bedroom apartment to hang out in during the bad weather. Clean, homey, with lots of information available to help you as a tourist. I would only suggest that a small amount of milk for coffee and bread be provided giving the renter some time to get to a market especially.during bad weather or a late arrival. The host was quick to help me when I couldn’t manage turning on the heat. The apartment is close to the train station and not far from the center of Santiago.

Ático en Santiago
Pasamos unos días en Santiago muy agradables. La casa está muy bien situada, se puede ir al centro dando un paseo y hay aparcamiento muy cerca al lado de un precioso jardín. Hay muchas tiendas de alimentación cerca . Nos gustó mucho la terraza de la casa..Muy cómoda
