Pros: Spacious room, good location.
Cons: Decor. Breakfast, Cleaning. There just didn't seem to any desire to make this a pleasant experience for guests.
Disappointing venue. Room lacked any character, no external window (advertised) and no interior decoration such as pictures, creating an unpleasant ambience. Room cleaning was moderate ar best, the batroom floor flooded when you let water out of the bath, breakfast was meagre, Internet routers hanging unsecured in the corridor walls. If you just need a bed for the night it would be fine, but I am sure there are much better value options out there.

Nice hotel located well. Clean rooms and nice staff. Worth every euro. Would come again, if in Santiago!
