Outside this 17th-century estate, there's a generously sized chlorine pool, measuring 10 meters long by 5 meters wide. Its depth varies from 1.60 to 2.10 meters, offering a safe space for swimming and cooling off. It also features an area specially designed for children, ensuring fun for the whole family. Next to the pool, a porch equipped with a built-in barbecue invites you to share unforgettable moments with friends and loved ones. The estate, with its rustic yet modernized charm, offers a cozy space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV invites you to relax and enjoy leisure time. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher for added convenience, is the perfect place to prepare delicious dishes. Also on this floor, there's a room with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom completes this level. Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, each with two single beds, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. Three of these bathrooms have showers, while one has a bathtub, ensuring maximum comfort for guests. For guests' convenience, there's a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.
