Casa Can Picarola is located in the settlement of s'Amarador, which belongs to the municipality of Santanyí. You can reach the beautiful, undeveloped s'Amarador beach on foot within eight minutes. You can leave the car behind as you are walking. You are sure to find a parking space in front of the house. You can access the covered terrace (porch) through the garden. Spacious entrance area and direct access to the dining area. The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, flat screen TV and internet radio and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen has just been completely renovated and is equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal. The three bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds or a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and insect screens. With a maximum occupancy of six people, they share two bathrooms in mint condition. The house has WLAN reception inside and outside on the terrace. Casa Can Picarola has air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms and living rooms, so that you can feel comfortable at any time of year. In summer you benefit from the immediate proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca; in the cooler seasons you can enjoy the cozy, heated house and go on wonderful excursions or hike directly from the house along the coast or through the Mondrago Natural Park. The outdoor area around the house offers sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor shower, an additional indoor shower with toilet, a chill-out area for cozy evenings and a barbecue area with outdoor grill and private dining table.
